Ruth E. (Tinnermeier) Lust, 74, of Newton, died on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at her home in Newton. Funeral services were held on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at the St. Luke United Methodist Church, 501 E. 19th St. N. in Newton. The family greeted friends from 5:30-7:30pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2011, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton.
Memorials in Ruth's name or to Skiff Hospice may be left at the church on the morning of the service or at the funeral home. If you are mailing the memorial to the funeral home, please add, Attn. Lust Family on the envelope.
Survivors include her son, Randall Dean Lust of Newton; her daughter, Karna (Craig) Alexander of Russell; seven grandchildren, Cassandra Davis of Urbandale, Kelsey Lust of Newton, Brooke, Brandi and Brian Lust of Baxter and Michael and Jeffrey Alexander of Russell; a brother, and two sisters-in-law.
